This meditation dates back to the first Karmapa, Dusum Khyenpa.
Based on this, the 17th Karmapa, Ogyen Trinley Dorje, recently (in 2025) composed a sadhana, A Garland of Blue Lotuses: A Daily Practice of the Five-Deity Tara, to make it available to all those connected to the Karma Kagyu tradition.
Lama Ngawang Tsultrim, who has just returned from Nepal, will explain the practice and guide the meditation.
