"A Shower of Blessings" is a guru yoga on Guru Rinpoche, written by Mipham Rinpoche (1846-1912).
In Vajrayana, the practice of Guru Rinpoche is very important, especially in times of decline. He is extremely powerful and has practised all the lineages. Therefore, only he can quickly eliminate all demons and obstacles. At this time Guru Rinpoche is very strong.
Because Guru Rinpoche is visualised in front of us in this guru yoga, and we ourselves remain in our normal form, the course is open to all, with no prerequisites.
Lama Ngawang Tsultrim will give explanations on the practice of "Shower of Blessings" and will lead the meditation.
