Drubwang Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche will not be able to be present at the summer course. However, Rinpoche is sending his greetings:
"Hello to all general and particular practitioners,
I warmly welcome you to our Benchen Allmuthen Summer Course, where in 2020 as in every year our Khenpos perform a great Dharma teaching and the resident Lama Ngawang Tsultrim is also greatly doing Dharma program.
I truly appreciate that Dharma practitioners attend the summer course every year and I am sending my sincere prayer and best wishes for the great success of Dharma activities at Allmuthen in general and during the summer course particularly. And I say thank you for the great work by our Allmuthen staff.
May Buddha Bless You Always. Sangye Nyenpa"
Rinpoche decided to send Khenpo Tenzin Yeshe to teach in Benchen Phuntsok Ling during the summer course.
Khenpo Tenzin Yeshe was ordained by Kyabje Tenga Rinpoche in the year 2000. After learning pujas and rituals he started to study at the Benchen Shedra in Pharping in 2007. After thoroughly studying for more than 10 years he became Khenpo in 2018 and since then has been teaching in the Shedra. It is his first journey to Europe.
Following the advice of Drubwang Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche, Khenpo Tenzin Yeshe will give teachings on the "Jewel Ornament of Liberation" by Gampopa. This lamrim text is a famous survey of the ground, path and fruition of the Buddhadharma.
Gampopa being the main disciple of Milarepa and teacher of the first Karmapa is one of the forefathers of the Kagyu School in Tibetan Buddhism. In this text he is combining the teachings of the Kadampas and the Mahamudra teachings.
